Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance and SEO Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, optimizing digital campaigns, and improving organic search performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing strategies, advanced SEO practices, and data analytics to deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify high-performing strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research and develop SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Optimize website content, structure, and metadata for search engines.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Build and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals, including blog posts, articles, and other formats.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Strategy:
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing, SEO, and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and campaign results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media, and SEO (3+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
