Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Technical) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve existing business processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Technical Solutions: Work with IT and development teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
• Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
